3 RepliesI have 3x 365 Suros Regimes (and 1x that's 283 or something, without Focused Fire unlocked) waiting for their return to glory.

Here's a summary of all the nerfs that affected it: Patch 1.0.1- Reduced the base Damage of all Assault Rifles by 7% Reduced the base Accuracy ranges by [14% to 25%], modified by weapon stat Reduced the base Stability ranges by [8% to 80%], modified by weapon stat Patch-1.0.2.2 Auto Rifles Base Damage decreased by 2% Reduced Precision Damage multiplier from 1.50 -> 1.25 (head shot bonus) Stability decreased by 4% - 17% (driven by stat value) Patch 1.1 Suros Regime Lowered total damage at the end of the mag on SUROS Regime upgrade to be more in line with the Glass Half Full perk on Legendary Auto Rifles Also, made it sound terrible Patch 1.1.1 Auto Rifles Reduced base damage of Auto Rifles by 2.5% Reduced effective range values.

I didn't have it when it was OP, but holy shit. It hit for 43 head shots. That is ridiculous. People weren't lying when they said it was an automatic scout rifle.

Well they're buffing ARs and nerfing Thorn so you actually stand a chance using it now.

Hence the reason why nerfing the thorn, hawkmoon or TlW or other weapons ends up killing them. When they did this because of all the bitching and whining, there wish was granted. Weapon is trash. Soon we will have three hand cannons added to that list.

The fact that people thought that Suros was that OP still confuses me. It wasn't even that OP, it was supposed to be a high impact, slower RoF AR while zoomed in. Maybe dropping headshot damage to 39 would have been justified. Maybe.

3 RepliesI haven't forgotten! Suros was my weapon for everything. Used in in VoG, Crota, Crucible, Strikes, you name it, I used it. Even stuck with it during Crota hard. Bought it from Xur the second time he sold it. I remember I was 7 coins short so grinder strikes for 5 hours so I can afford it. I have nearly 23k kills with Auto Rifles and almost 8k are just from Suros. Boy do I miss using that gun...

Suros would defeat thorn user easly just couple shoots aiming it was way op Thats why bungie nerferd AR but they took way much damage from AR
