From Qld? Didn't know it was that highly regarded. Don't eat much seafood myself, apart from fish. Can't stomach the salty taste, incidentally. (No pun intended there, I literally don't like overly salty things. :P)

No Aussie, that's who. God, wish I could get me some fish & chips right now. Haven't had it in ages because the missus is a coeliac, and I hate eating glutenous foods in front of her.

But yeah, I didn't realise how much stuff has flour in it, like sausages ... SAUSAGES! Next time I'm eating F&C I'll dedicate a bite to you.
