To all Final Round snipers...
I would like to personally let you know that you are part of the problem that is currently affecting the unbalanced meta in crucible. So, thanks a lot. If your one of those people that purposefully empties all his shots in a magazine to get to the final round...you are a scumbag. Those of you who have the perk but at the very least run field scout on your sniper rifle to make it harder to use the final round....good on you.
I've messaged people who've used and still use the final round perk on sniper rifles. The most common response I get is that it's simply an "easy way to get kills." Occasionally I run into the troll who just uses it to piss people off, and I hope that this post pulls some of them out of the woodwork's. Like I said earlier, you are scum. If this post sounds like a rant, then I apologize for spamming the forums with my opinion. This is just a topic that really sets me off, not because it's annoying (it certainly is) but because when people use final round it tarnishes the goodness of snipers in general. That's it for today, I've said my piece. I hope Bungie gets rid of it in the crucible soon.

Edit 3. I got a lot of mixed emotions towards Final Round and its use. The "git gud" crowd is still hilarious to me. Those of you who have said that you have Final Round and don't use it in a way that is cheap or as a crutch, then I applaud you, you're awesome and this post was by no means meant to offend you, just the scrubs who use it as a crutch.
Edit 4. For those wondering, yes, I did read the Bungie Weekly update...I damn near spit the tea I was drinking all over my computer screen.
Edit 5. I'm still just flabbergasted as to the outpouring of feedback and dialogue going around (though some of it regarding me "getting good" and "crying" could be toned down just a little).
Edit 6. Riperino to Final Round...and to some extent Blink shot gunners and Thorn.

6 RepliesI also doubt burning the first 2 rounds at a chance for a cheap kill was abused as much as people think. If that were actually happening, efrideet owners would almost always be out of ammo to actually use the gun during a pvp match. I believe this was just one of those perks that got nerfed by the whiners aplenty blowing it out of proportion because they got sniped.. and just because it happened to be the spear it was easy to look for something to cry about.. I have a Spear but i dont have final round on it. I have firefly, folks a plenty will continue to die from it ;)... I feel bad for those who did have final round though.

Since most snipers can already one shot to the head final round is pointless. Just get rid of it

What your saying is correct but, not all people who use last round snipers use the last round. They normally reload, they only use one to combat other players using a last round sniper for example in trials or iron banner..

3 RepliesCome on its one kill that in the grand scheme of things makes little difference. It has the most relevance in Trials but it's not the be all and end all. I assume you never played CoD or counter strike. If you had then final round would not bother you the slightest.

1 ReplyINB4 things people cry about copy pasta But seriously, you knew that final round was a thing, and you didn't worry about getting a sniper rifle with it. It's your fault that your character is underpowered, now you'll have to wait till the next expansions in hopes of new rolls.

8 RepliesSo here's the thing... I have a final round armor piercing Efrideet's spear... but I don't abuse it. I get the first 2 headshots then a body shot. By you make the mistake of thinking I waste those first 2 shots. No one does that anymore...
