In addition to the issue with Doubles and Salvage cards not unlocking, my Elimination card says I have 469 wins with 0 kills and 0 deaths. I have played only one Elimination match outside of Trials.

Elimination card wins also include round wins from Trials of Osiris. Kills and deaths on that card show as zero for me too.

I assumed that Trials contributed to Elimination in the same way that Iron Banner contributed to Control, but I never did confirm it until this thread. EDIT: I have been checking other people's Grimoire for Elimination and so far it appears that everyone has 0 kills and 0 deaths despite many having enough wins for Rank 3.
