Is bungie doing nothing about the Pay to Win sites?

So many people should know by now of destinyelite.com and maybe even gunsofdestiny.com(?), sites where you pay someone else to complete activities for you. Not just with you, but actually for you. Destinyelite.com actually wants you to give them your PSN account information so they can literally do it for you. This is optional, but mostly at their decision. Is anything being done about this? Are they even violating anything in the ToS or anything else? No one seems to know if they are or not. Can bungie address this?

 • You do realise this isn't a first by any means right? People have been doing this in games for years and there is next to no way to stop it. Bungie has no right over a third party site so they can't shut it down. More so the only thing they can do is ban that account which most smart sellers never put there account info out there so there is no way to track them. I personally made a couple thousand dollars doing something similar in world of Warcraft a few years ago.
