THIS IS A PROBLEM BUNGIE !!!!
It does not matter how many times a moderator replies saying it is still lootable, the HUSK OF THE PIT is unobtainable since HoW. From forums to youtube videos, there has been many players complaining on and on about this anomaly, and I too am in the same boat, farming and farming this basic gun as a collector. Recall, most, if not, the majority of these forums are about this very problem. There is no proof, no video, no legitimate, credible source that proves it is still lootable.
In essence, I plea to Bungie to test this and see for yourself that there was an "interference," so to speak, since the DLC that erased this gun. The community has tried time and time again and have not given up, and you know it. Don't let us down Bungie !
Even if it obtainable, how does a mere basic gun have such a low drop rate ? It isn't even the best gun in the game.

Many people have claimed to have had it drop. But every time they do, someone says 'oh get a video of it.' But if they've already had it drop, they can't go back in time and get a video of it. So you all refuse to take peoples' word for it just because of a personal anecdote. It's ridiculous in every way.
