Not slack? Hmm. According to the book jesus should have came back in their generation. It's been over 2 thousand years. He also said "i come quickly". 2000+ years isn't quickly. Then the apostles had to explain away why he hasn't come yet because everyone was growing old and dieing. Then finally everyone died and still no sign of jesus. Ya okay. Keep waiting for something that isn't going to happen.
By the way, the whole world is never coming to repentance. Never. That's why he had to destroy everything according to the last book right? Lol. And even after that..a thousand years later he still kills everyone. Woooooooow. Some story right? I can't make this shit up.

You literally have zero idea what you're talking about. Coming quickly didn't mean the years till he came, it meant he will come in the blink of an eye, just as it's stated elsewhere in the bible. And "this" generation he states while explaining the events that will precede his coming. Meaning that the generation that begins to set the signs he's talking about, this is the generation that will see the end.

Exactly what bible believing sheep would say. Same for any religious person defending their belief no matter what the religion is. Don't mistake me for just any person. I've been in church almost all my life. I used to believe blindly at first until i started to study it. Even got a one year degree in theology. Bible is based on faith. Not facts. So never try to push it as fact. Have you seen god? Heard god? Seen an angel? Devil? Anything? I already know the answer.

Funny I've studied it my whole life and come to a different conclusion. So you can quit with the intellectual superiority nonsense, no one is buying it. The fact that you were religious and now you're not proves nothing, but that you have been deceived by someone or something. We're all sheep, the question is, who's your shepard?
