Individuals who did not participate in the original Queen's Wrath events were unable to unlock the Queen's Emissary card upon the release of the House of Wolves. The issue was apparently looked into and people, like myself, were awarded the card. Unfortunately, however, the points have not been applied to my account.
Currently, I am sitting at 3640. I will be at 3645 when I complete 50 more Salvage wins, 3660 when I complete 85 more Rumble wins, and lastly, when the points for the Queen's Emissary apply to my account, I will be at the max of 3665.
Please, please, please, please, PLEASE look into this.
EDIT: Does the Elimination grimoire card give you 5 points? I don't have it unlocked yet.

Edited by YapperFlapper: 7/14/2015 12:20:40 PMYes, the Elimination card is worth 5 itself (so 20 total, including the 3 tiers for round wins). Edit: looking at your grimoire in destinytracker, I'd guess that Elimination card is the extra 5 points, and not the Queen's Emissary card.
