You have racked up an incredible 24 kills with Scout Rifles in PvP across 3 characters, I have 2132 on a single character. Clearly, I have a much greater wealth of experience with Scout Rifles than you. Try using the weapon before you dismiss it as terrible.

The way things are now, that'll never happen, but they are not even close to being as bad as Auto Rifles and Fusion Rifles are post-nerf
