What is the point of buffing scout rifles? You want to make MiDA a 3 shot kill with its RoF? VoC a 2 shot? That would break the crucible even more. Scout rifles are fine they way they are, map design is the problem in Destiny. Way too much CQC.

I completely agree with you, I think Scout Rifles are fine the way they are, but only ever do well in that hands of someone who knows what they're doing. I don't want a nerf, but compared to the weapons dominating Ctucible at the moment that any fool can use, The best and simplest way is to tone those weapons down and reward the more skilled players with something better than a trade-off. Of course, if I just labelled this post as "nerf everything", the responses would be even worse than the current ones saying in a nutshell: "just use Thorn, it's better"

You're right, exotic hand cannons don't need a nerf, that would mean reducing their impact, bad idea. They need to be [u]balanced[/u]. The TTK for Thorn and TLW is way too low compared to other weapons. TLWs I understand but it needs to regulated to hipfire in CQC only. Its bug definitely needs fixing. Thorns rate of fire needs to be reduced or its recoil increased. Its impact is too high for the rof and stability that it has. All handcannons in general need their range reduced as well, especially Thorns. Along with buffing auto rifle impact slightly, I think this would make scout rifles much more viable in the crucible since map design probably won't change. Right you have to play conservatively with them to do well for the most part.
