CoD is better than Destiny
This isn't a retarded rant, like all the other shit on this subforum but instead a valid argument so shut up if you're one of those retarded Desticles with Tourettes.
The amazing gunplay in CoD sets an ever improving bar for the shooter genre. Though difficult to replicate and often leading to failure (Titanfall, Halo 4) it provides realistic, almost simulation like immersion. Even in the worst of the series, Ghosts (still a brilliant game) I never felt like there was something fundamentally wrong or that there was a way to exploit it. In Destiny it's just everybody exploiting 2 hit kill guns like thorn and last word. It's frustrating and laggy at best.
Weapon balance in Call of Duty also is renowned for its excellency and the developers acknowledging critiscism very well. Admittedly weapon balance is never perfect upon launch (true for most games). Sledgehammer games have been very open with sharing weapon balancing plans and have done a very good job so far. With the next update I believe that there will be now no useless weapons in Advanced Warfare. A considerable feat. In Destiny if you're not using a felwinters sniper rifle and a thorn you're doing it wrong. Everything else is obsolete.
Connectivity issues in CoD are at an all time low in comparison to Destiny with its awful lag and netcode and random disconnection errors. I almost never get kicked or lag from advanced warfare and it's only when the servers or PSN are down for maintenance.
The common stereotype of small children playing CoD is now also a complete fallacy consdiering many of the 8 year old squeakers now play Destiny and pollute [quote][/quote]the servers there.
CoD also has zombies which is just as fun if not more than any raid or prison of elders made by the guy who made me throw money at my screen.
CoD also has a brilliant and engaging story unlike Destiny. And it doesn't overprice it's DLC (which is entirely optional and not mandatory like Destiny). And CoD doesn't make me want to throw money at my screen. And DeeJ is a pegboy.

i used to play CoD... i bought all of them... played em all... i can honestly say ive never enjoyed one as much as destiny... story was always decent... one time through... prestiging makes me reset and start over for a goofy badge... nothing is unique, everyone is the same... guns are more balanced, yes, but, theres no variety... even worse than destiny... no loot thats worth anything dlcs that are less content IMO than destiny its a twitch shooter faster TTK makes it boring killstreaks are the only way to win camping runs rampant exo suits in AW are really annoying hardcore mode was a joke the grind is still there, but with less meaning there is no endgame content, just the same old multiplayer or zombies CoD died for me as soon as i got destiny... its been recycled enough... im sure ill try BLOPs 3... but i fear it will still be the same old same old

Sorry, but the gunplay in Destiny is far superior to that of COD. As for balancing, really? COD always has OP weapons or perk set ups. As for story...well, it isn't hard to beat Destiny here. However, COD generally has a pretty weak story. Advanced Warfare and COD 4 being the exceptions, for me. Now, connection, LMAO. Main reason I will not play COD anymore is because of their crappy Lag compensation and the lack of real dedicated servers.

Now ur bottom arguments are somewhat true. But gun balance is only good in cod right now cuz the guns kill at a similar rate. Yes the story is better in the game, but if you go through the lore and riddles in the grimoire it's much more engaging than "Hey, everybody who hates America, let's give them a big f*ck you!"

I understand what you're saying and a majority of what your saying isn't wrong either in terms of balance Id have to agree but I see no difference in lag between the two franchises personally after BO2 I kinda lost interest in any CoD games because they all felt the same and as far as squeekers go like lag I see no difference between the two... With DLC wasn't CoD elite considered an overpriced way to get DLC

CoD goes out, every 3 years and has a lot of zombis, the multiplayer is trash, for kids, it doesn't require any kind of skill
