While I do like the idea of Ancient Weapons more like the Khvostov, Destiny still remains as a Sci-Fi shoot 'em up. Too many Ancient weapons would make it seem like Call of Duty or Battlefield. Maybe stick to the well known Ancient weapons like the AK-47, M4A4, and others that most people would know. Stuff like the G3A3 is not a signature weapon from our time like the AK or M4 is. I do love the idea of an AK-47 shooting Arc damage imho.
