Every religion has violent people in it. Unfortunately, some religions have more ambiguous scriptures that could give people justification for their violence.

To be fair, Christianity has a lot of passages that could be read as sanctioning murder as well... It's mostly a product of the regions those religions flourish in, I think.

Yeah that's not exactly true dude If you read the Quran, the very second someone forces religion on others and kills unjustly (Justly being while in a military serving your country, etc) they stopped being Muslims If you base the fact that all Muslims are unpeaceful based on the maybe .5% of Muslims that cause this kind of trouble in the real world nowadays, then you obviously are getting the wrong idea of the religion and should study it more in depth rather just looking at roughly translated quotes on the internet
