Edit: After looking around a little, I did play Halo: CE PC, but I don't think I linked it to my Bungie.net account to prove it.

2 RepliesIt doesn't matter. They have already stated that if you did not get your emblem by now, you will NOT be getting it. Trust me I know that as I am in the same boat as you :)
