I think you should be able to go to the lighthouse with 9 wins and however many losses. But only flawless can open the chest. That sounds fair.

This. Because once you got a loss on your card there's no point in even playing the 9th match.

There should be a reward for getting 9. But I think the lighthouse has to be flawless only. It's an amazing reward and the feeling when you get there is great. I was never a Pvp person before destiny so I had to work at it and git gud I put the work in and earned my flawless runs. So I don't see why others should get the same reward for not putting the work in.
