I'm a very bad player in crucible but I have managed flawless each week on all characters. Granted I may get carried a little by my 2 friends that are better than me, but it still requires TEAM work and COMMUNICATION to get the job done. I might not get as many kills as my friends but I still help out by getting revives and being a distraction etc. Yes there is lag issues, but it's not as bad as everyone makes out. To be fair, it's 1 laggy game every 8 or so. If your struggling to go flawless, just make sure you practise on the map first before wasting your boons. It really is all about talking and reviving and that first kill. Don't always blames lag...... It's just sometimes the opposition are just better. It's all luck of the draw who you come up against.
