I thought, the way u put it, that u hydroplaned and it wasn't due to the beverages (u tried to make that quite clear). But then u say it's the governments fault because they didn't allow you to do drugs, which turned into alcohol which then caused your accident (that's what you said). Take responsibility for your own actions. U know driving like that was illegal just like u knew smoking weed is illegal. Grow the -blam!- up. Hopefully prison will teach u something your parents should have.

  • For one weed is not a drug, it's a -blam!-ing plant that grows naturally without man on this plant. Two weed is so big now and widely accepted that more than 75% of high schoolers have admitted to trying it. Of that 75% 50% said they routinely smoke it cause it helps them forget about stress. Me, I was perfectly content with smoking weed and not bothering with alcohol because I was more cautious and would opt to do safer things like just hang out. But since I couldn't smoke anymore I still wanted to have a good time with my friends so we drank together. Yes I hydroplaned, it happens when it's flooding during storms. Yes I had had a couple drinks, and no they were not affecting me whatsoever because I had driven an hour straight before the incident. My reaction time was up to par and it was not influencing my driving skill. I take responsibility for my actions in which that yes I'm at fault for the collision cause I could've been going 10mph instead of 40. But I usually went faster down that road so I dropped it down 5 mph due to the rain, but it wasn't enough. I would've been able to pull out of it fine if no car had been in the oncoming lane but the hydroplaning was just enough to take me over the line and there happen to be a car there. Prison is for people who knowingly do wrongful actions in spite of for malicious intent, I had an accident when everyone ended up alright. And if you try to tell me accidents don't happen to people who don't deserve them, you are dead wrong.
