Some grenades seem to have a tad big radius but my biggest problem with them is that Hunter is behind in that department too, in addition to having the worst melees.
And don't even start with the trip mine, you can see it from a mile away and it can be destroyed by enemy fire. Arcbolt? Seemingly not as range'y as the titan's and warlock's better options unless you combine it with Lucky Raspberry.

Tripmines are great grenades. My only gripe is that they do 195 and not 200.

Actually I enjoy trip mine on my hunter. But I don't just set it cuz as u said it's visible miles away, but man throwing it at someone is great fun because I know it's instead kill if I hit you with it. Though for ball does not chain at all. And is VERY eat to avoid. Axion bolt seekers are far worse than fireball. Fireball duck behind something miss action duck behind something miss? Stand up get blown up because they went around the object you hid at . fireball fires 3 weak bolts at nearby enemies and can each bolt must have different targets. So me I use them as a shield break. Throw hit shield down punch dead. And grenades take more skill that just running at someone and sitting them with a shotgun you have to do on the fly mathematics, even if it's sub conscious, in order to get the right arc to get the proper distance. On top of that you have to add in their velocity. I mean if you just Chuck grenades wildly to each his own but don't call them easy kills when there are far easier. Cough shotguns
