You have the ability to freeze any fast moving liquid instantly from any distance, and you are able to do freeze any liquid-containing organism if you are in direct contact with it. Someone's drinking water? You can make freeze and expand in their throat. It's raining? You can make it snow or hail for as long as the rain persists. Someone's smoking? You can make his active blood vessels burst, but only with direct contact since the movement of liquid in his blood vessels are minuet. [b]NOTE[/b]: You are dangerous in anyone's presence, but you are lethal when in direct contact.

Except you can't bend water. You can only change it's properties so that it would freeze. Sorry.

You're not technically killing them. You're actually freezing large or dissipating select quantities of water. It can be lethal or fun.
