Firstly, you're using Firebolt grenades too. Secondly, all those grenades are available for everyone, including you! Moreover, these grenades are a part of your arsenal. Just like supers. If you are constantly getting killed by these grenades, then perhaps you need to learn how to jump backwards. I play all three characters just like you. I know how to handle myself against these grenades. Sure, once every so often a skilled player comes along and places a grenade in just the right place, or a scrub gets lucky.
