No I don't think it gives you double blink.

I have it its fun to use with the triple jump but they aren't very practical for PvE

I just need 42 light boots so I can't get to 34.

I like them. My primary is a Titan, but now my Hunter is a real close second. I still use Don't Touch Me's most of the time, but these are great for certain things like at the Crota boss fight where the Hunters shitt y jump got me into trouble many times.

It sux basically the triple jump - hunter jump still sux unfortunately
