Got question about patrols grimoire card - i have 255 patrols completed, but on that circle counter its shows only as 14. What do i need to do to get that grimoire card?

If u get ur ghost out on patrols ul see different icons above the beacons look for a star inside the square they are VIP kills and are really rare keep going to orbit or pick a patrol up abandon it and wait for new one to spawn. It takes a while for this grimoire card, a lot of messing about really

For the Patrols Introduction card, the tiers are for number of VIP kills. VIP's are the patrol beacons that look like a star inside the circle, where you have to go and kill a specific enemy.
