Celestialsapiens from Ben 10.
They are [i]literally[/i] [b][u]omnipotent[/u][/b].

Yes, but until then, nothing can harm them. If Ben could survive the entire universe being destroyed without a single scratch, he can just wait out any attack until he's ready to win.
