Hi Goat! How long have you been running into this Error Code? What troubleshooting steps have you taken to try to correct it?
I recommend starting off by power cycling your modem along with any other network devices that you may use. Please give that a shot and let me know how things are looking!

In a similar manner to how you power cycled your modem, please power down your console until it is completely turned off. Then unplug your console and wait ~5 minutes. Plug it back in and try again. This process clears out the cache in your console. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539
