Salvage, elimination and double are not unlocking....does the matched i won count when they will be unlocked in future??? please fix this

For Elimination, that card is unlocked by playing the stand-alone Elimination playlist (not Trials of Osiris). It has been available once so far, so just keep an eye out and hopefully it will rotate back in soon. Your Trials of Osiris round wins are counting towards the tiers on this card. The Double's card does not have game win tiers (Double's wins that are not an objective game type are counted by the Skirmish card). I don't know if the Salvage card will have your already earned wins recorded on it when it unlocks.

ok thanks for info. i played double and did not get grimoire for it. i know you just have to start this game mode. do you know when bungie will fix these grimoire issues

No idea myself. Siffow is collecting info, and I know there have been a lot of reports about the Doubles and Skirmish cards (it's in the known issues section of the OP now). Unfortunately, that's all the info I've got.
