From Siffow's Notes: -The Elimination card will unlock in the elimination playlist, not in Trials of Osiris. But your ToO activities will count towards the card ranks. Elimination as a stand-alone crucible playlist (not Trials playlist) has been offered once so far. Just keep an eye out each week and hopefully it won't be long until it rotates in again. Play one match of that should unlock the card.
