The helm would not drop. I thought I'd be stuck at 29. Then something magical happened. I ran a nightfall and obtained my Disco Face (An Insurmountable Skull Fort). It wasn't a full set of VOG gear, but it didn't matter. I had my Disco Face! Disco Face FTW!
