Yeah dude, just keep going. I got The Hanged Man at rank 13, but that's extremely lucky. You'll get one eventually; I've heard of people getting to rank 30+ without anything.

Yup thats me. Bout to hit rank 32 and not a single shader has dropped. Been gettin motes left and right though. Lol

The new rewards for faction ranks suck. But oh well... Maybe Bungie will change them, along with the AR buff.
