Even if it was $20 and £20 I'd be ok with that as most dlcs are around the £20 mark, but £40 could buy a whole new game

In my opinion £30 should be the maximum price. If Americans turn around and say Europeans are getting it cheaper the. They need to pull their heads out their asses and learn the outside world.
