ESRB is an unenforceable rule. The most a company can legally do is put games on higher shelves so they can't be reached.

Yeah. Mortal Kombat came out when I was about 10. I owned it. A B A C A B B. Blood code memorized forever. It was a grounding well worth it. But I bought it with my own money, so I got to keep it.
