When picking up a dead ghost I got: Ghost Fragment: The Buried City -This didn't show up in my Grimoire. When I check others, NOBODY HAS THAT ONE!!!! Those people have: Ghost Fragment: Meridian Bay I don't think its fair that I've picked up all the Mars dead ghosts and won't be able to ever pick it up again...
