That's a nice video, but it's not of the interview causing controversy. It's not hard to believe someone would put their best foot forward at E3 and then let their real feelings come out when they get pushed and irritated by a reporter on another day who's asking tough questions. That video doesn't really prove anything. Much like the interview transcript doesn't necessarily show that he wasn't merely being sarcastic without audio. That said, I have a feeling what he actually thinks is somewhere in between both. He probably feels the way he talks in the video some, but also looks at us as morons he can squeeze more and more money out of because people just accept how terrible the dlc market is (every company pretty much, not just bungie) and buy it anyway.
