It's called ambush journalism. Guess what- it worked. Now they have tons of traffic to their website.

    They are probably having more success then even they wanted. I'm sure they wanted clicks. But I imagine that reporter, and EG in general, won't be getting future interviews with Bungie. Or any of the other AAA developers that are friendly with Bungie. I guarantee that EG has already reached out and apologized to Bungie. EDIT: I can't believe I replied to someone named pooflinger.

  • Haha. Yup. You did. And you're right. That'll be the last time they get any sort of interview with them, or at least an open interview, meaning whoever is sitting down knows what's going to be asked.
