    Does that mean you will drop Destiny like a hot potato with the release of starwars battlefront on November? (I might If I find Bungie to be pushing forth content not worthy of the money)

  • Star Wars Battlefront is going to be WORLDS of fun, ive no doubt about it. But if it plays like COD (instakill/instadeath) , then il still go back and forth from Battlefront to D E S T I N Y. But then again, if it plays like Homefront (giant maps/very minimal aim assist), then i will definitely be ditching D E S T I N Y. No game has ever come close to the type of envirenment that Homefront offered however, so im sure itl just be the back and forth between D E S T I N Y & SWBF for me.

  • In COD, pretty much every weapon kills you in about 1-2 secs Go against a full team, and they will have your team spawn locked, destroying your teammates the sec that they spawn. I never really got into Battlefield. Played a demo once and it reminded me of COD, so i just went back to COD lol. It might have been something as simple as lag though. Would you say that Battlefield plays like Homefront? How heavy is the aim assist?

  • Friend played, not me, and not sure, Destiny honestly is first game i played with aim assist :P (things that interest me in battelfield is destroying buildings, bringing down towers... vehicle + first person... and well, some the freefall i seen, (some insanoes jump out of their plane to rocket someone behind them, then hop back in... awesome to watch XD)

  • Yea aim assist in D E S T I N Y is real. It has to go out the door for D E S T I N Y 2. And lol that sounds -blam!-ing awesome! Thats the type of stuff i wana see in a Star Wars game! Jumping out of an AT-AT to rocket those little ships that are trying to wire up our walker's legs 😝😝

    Well if you want to get into that, you would have to consider canon (and dice's version) of where access hatches are, and whether or not there is much room inside for ammo Preferably, based on what I know, I hope insides of vehicles, large ones especially, are a lil more dynamic (cause you shouldnt just magically appear outside your at-at... should have to leave controls/autopilot, run to the back, and drop down the hatch to be outside... with a cable to hand from :P... but, I think snowspeeder would have tied you up before that... that said, as long as you do not try to move when tied, should be 0 problem XD (and could get out and cut the cables :P) I just hope that aspect is more dynamic... dang... I want to send a few of these ideas, just so they don't putin odd senseless mechanics... (when it comes to players starting to think about it) I would not mind if the Aim assist in destiny was coded better, and he target acquisition.. i dunno, something i think needs doing on that... (i used 2 terms, I think its all target acquisition, but there's the aiming dragging, and the bullet course correction functions which seem separate)
