I'm saying that kids are kids and if they want to do something, they will. And a useless rating that holds no weight is not going to dictate what I, knowing them better than anyone else, is mature enough to partake in. I used to watch PG movies that had boobs and swearing. That'd be R today. Let's not blow shit out of proportion here... Ratings are useless.

...Yes they can... ESRB is an unenforceable rule. The most a company can legally do is put games on higher shelves so they can't be reached.

Ever tried to by a game rated M when you were younger, I did. It didn't turn out well when my parents found out.

Yeah. Mortal Kombat came out when I was about 10. I owned it. A B A C A B B. Blood code memorized forever. It was a grounding well worth it. But I bought it with my own money, so I got to keep it.
