Technically PS4 is better...It has double the CPUS and better performance on alot of games. Imo Xbox is better though as a personal choice.

Not starting anything. But ps4 struggles to maintain 1080p 60fps as well.

Correct. However, the PS4 has the dual Cpus so it runs lower res games smoother
