I'm not sure what the age rating for the game is where you live but if you play a game with an age limit over your age you are not legally allowed to play it. It's your own problem if you pay for something you are not allowed to use.

Where I live its rated T for teen and I'm thirteen so legally, I can play it.

So then this post does not have anything to do with you since he said he would be reporting anyone who IS too young to play it. Furthermore my earlier post is therefore directed towards those under the age limit.
