He is... And that's exactly the problem. He's admitting that Bungie will refuse to offer this content unless you repurchase old content. And then laughing at the fans for being excited about new stuff. That is content he helped create. And he is belittling the fans for wanting it. That's insulting.

They're not important to you. Hell, they're not even important to me. But I do have empathy and I do understand they're important to some people. I stayed out of this whole thing until this interview. It's condescending and arrogant and I don't feel I should support a company that thinks this way about their customers.
