I would totally do it if the World Boss was Luke Smith, who forces me to throw money at the screen for emotes.

Im sorry get with the times dude, these things you are asking for will not be made because #1 there is way too much loot in the game and adding another way to get loot easier will over saturate the game. #2. This is not an mmo, here we don't want to camp for hours on end waiting for world boss spawn

Loot is oversaturated the game, so now our vaults are almost filled with great loot. What would be the purpose? If Bungie keeps vault the same size, where would we put this great loot?

The purpose. Is yo add more variety. Something else to do on patrols. Adding in the higher level patrols also makes it more challenging to revisit patrol and do bounties.

If they fix the vault, I can see this being useful feature.

Unfortunately, they wont fix the vault, nor will they add this, not until they stop supporting last gen consoles, the requirements would be too much, the current vault is stressing out last gen consoles. But i did add a couple things, that would alter the rewards from just plain drops to maybe some vehicles or a currency for another forum post i like that kind of goes along with this idea and would work pretty good together. I added them in edits to the original post i made with links to their respective posts so people can leave feedback there also.

I think there are work around for every issue. If they cared enough other solutions can be added. People brought up countless workarounds for the issue with vault, such as having tabs that open up with different gear types. Bungie simply doesn't want us to collect weapons. We are playing this game wrong. Did you know that?

Yes i did know that, unfortuantely i will continue to play this game in a manner in which makes me happy, i game for entertainment. And yes, i am one of the many people who posted saying tabs would be a good idea. Especially since i am a bit, well more than a bit of a hoarder in games like this (you should see my house in skyrim) I primarily hold onto guns i A. Really like or B. use very frequently and i only have doubles or more of three guns, My Gally (if trading comes out i have a few friends i want to give one too) My Hunger, and my GEO-6 sniper with shoot 2 loot ones solar and ones void, i kind of want to get an arc one too. And even being pretty stingy i still dont have a lot of space.

I am the same way dude.. I have 3 of each of the best guns on each of my characters.
