No, Bungie already know what they were giving year 1 players, They just didn't want to announce it so that people would pony up for the more expensive option. Watch and see. More tears incoming.

So your saying they have always planned on having a package for year 1s? Hard to believe they would not mention it at all, and if they do in fact already know and have planned for it- why would they not immediately release that info after this debacle
