It's a known issue. I begged for a free fix, but Sony failed to stand by their system. Until there's a class action lawsuit, they won't care.

  • I had the same problem, sent it off and got a refurb back with the same and more problems, sent it off again and the same one back still with the problems I did read about one guy who had to pay each time it got sent off, within a month he was on his way to being able to have bought 2 with the money he had to pay

    Thanks for that... now I have that to worry about. They did tell me I have a 30 day warranty on whatever they send back. If anything goes wrong, the smallest detail... it's being sent back.

  • That's good, I think I may keep trading my consoles in each time the warranty runs out, it may cost more but i'll be better off
