How I thought the elder cipher weapons would be obtained
I thought we would get
• Dreg's Promise from PoE 32
• Queenbreakers' Bow from PoE 34
• Lord of Wolves from Skolas' Revenge
This is from level of importance and power IMO. I know people would say that Queenbreakers' Bow is better than LoW, but seriously, Lord of Wolves is the most qualified as the raid exotic weapon in terms of the lore. Which is more important? Queenbreakers' bow, which belonged to many assassins, or Lord of Wolves, The weapon of the wolf Kell?
