The issue is the free stuff they're getting from that bundle. I don't mind paying 40 for TTK, every DLC has a price. Vanilla Destiny and its 2 DLC components shouldn't be priced at the same cost we paid because it's already been out for a long time so naturally its price will decrease.
The real issue is that it seems Bungie is giving more free content for the purchase of the bundle than for the purchase of TTK as a standalone item. Presumably, those that buy standalone are the recurring customers and so they SHOULD receive the same freebies + MORE.
If they rectify this issue, giving those that buy TTK and already had everything prior to, say July, all the same freebies + extra content, I don't see that much that you can complain about. In the end, Vanilla Destiny and the 2 DLCs should not be priced as they were upon release, simply because theyve already been out a long time ago. The discount seems to be a bit outrageous however.
