Ghost Angel Cloak BY FAR! All the time it's on my hunter, go check it out. It's the original Vanguard cloak they sold (pre-DLC).
I also have the Dustwalker cloak as well.
I could've gotten the Queen's cloak but it would've been a grind that weekend for me, I was a Titan at the time
