Hand cannons are easier to use than Auto Rifles.
Pulse Rifles are easier to use than Auto Rifles.
Read Edit 7, by the way around 3,700 or so people disagree with you.
Not that I'm saying you don't have a valid point, but I really don't think things are ok the way they are now.
