Auto rifles definitely should remain in the shittest tier. Just not by that much. Having [i]slightly[/i] less damage output than the other primaries is a decent tradeoff for ease of use.

"Ease of use" Hand cannons are easier to use than Auto Rifles. Pulse Rifles are easier to use than Auto Rifles. Read Edit 7, by the way around 3,700 or so people disagree with you. Not that I'm saying you don't have a valid point, but I really don't think things are ok the way they are now.

Handcannons and Pulse rifles are only easier to use than autos because auto damage output is so low that missing any headshot heavily penalises you. Auto rifles have the lowest precision multiplier, so if their precision TtK is close to the other primaries' it would mean their body TtK is only slightly longer than that. That's a good situation imo. You'll lose to other primaries if their user has perfect accuracy, but you can best them with mostly bodyshots if they aren't landing those crits.
