There are tons and tons of people willing. But do them all a favor and do normal first if able.

Ill try, im a level 30 so i think i can handle it

It's not about Lvl. Just less mechanics to worry about and just easier to get through. I'm often running new people through hard. They will be Lvl 32-34 but still consistently dying. Oh and bring maxed out weapons. And ones that actually kill things.
