No one said you had to buy it. Just buy the regular taken king dlc. If you own all 3 the day it comes out you will still get the sparrow shader and emblem.

There is no regular. People who buy legendary edition are getting a better deal than those with the season pass. 40$ is for all three expansions, there is no way to just BUY the DLC.
