Yeah Man U cant get rares anymore but I can like never get an exotic out of legendaries i always get the legendary engrams and only once i have gotten an exotic while all of my other friends keep getting exotics i do get legendaries from rare engrams quite often though

It is indeed possible to get exotic drop out off legendary engrams. I myself received my first jellyhawn from a legendary engram and on or two helmets and chest pieces. So, not common but possible!

I just got two I think. Legendaries. The legendary engrams I'm trying to fill up my vault's vacant spots with before I turn them in. I've got like 20 lined up which should get me an exotic. Hopefully something like No Land Beyond or Last Word.
