They don't give you raid weapons, that you earn through blood sweat and tears, from a simple purple cube.

I actually do it on Venus, and it takes at least three days of almost constant spawn trapping to actually get one.

You can't play destiny without good the last time I checked because silver doesn't allow you to play with other people which is exactly what destiny constantly is

You can do patrol and missions and daily missions. I continue only because of Xûr. I'm waiting for a chance to get gold
